: The view from the hotel is perfect as it's position is in front of water. And it is very close to all Yasmin hammamat attractions. The stuff was kind and professional.
: The room should've been more maintained. The food wasn't something special.

: I liked the location, view, staff & the spacious room. The area around the hotel is nice too.
: * 1 of the 2 lifts was out of service. ** a/c was not working. When I asked why, they said it's a policy from the ministry of tourism not to use a/c systems during spring season to save energy, and it's applied in all hotels in Tunisia, which is not true!! I moved to another hotel after 5 nights and a/c was working. *** They don't even give a free bottle of water at the room.

: The hospitality is fantastic, the staff are superb and can't do enough to help you. The food is authentic and fresh, well worth the money!
: It is a beautiful hotel and would benefit from some capital investment. It is looking a bit tired but the location is fantastic!

: Room was beautiful and clean with nice sea view. I liked interior of the hotel. Staff tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible and helped me with all I needed.
: I would prefer bigger range of food on breakfast. I had a problem with payment, firstly through booking, they presented that they didn´t accept my payment (half of the price). Than at the hotel they charged me whole price even thoug I already paid half.

  : Pool
: Late room cleaning Staff didn't respond to your inquiries in the summer in time Staff charged me double for soft drinks and never brought back the change. Discrimination of service if you are not European.

: pool furniture was clean and new, staff was friendly, but not so fluent in french.
: breakfast was plentiful, just details were not up to standard in a 5star hotel as some of the fruits were frozen, the juices were certainly canned, and the bread was not good quality.
